Terms of Service

  1. When purchasing an item (theme or branding removal) you are purchasing a life-long license to use that item.
  2. Refunds will not be issued unless it is proven that we are at fault and that we cannot resolve the issue. We will not issue refunds for you changing your mind about a purchase, selecting the wrong item or not investigating the details of the item prior to purchase. A full version of the item is available in our preview area and it is up to you to check all aspect or contact us if you are unsure. A minimum time period of one calendar week must be given for us to resolve the issue.
  3. One purchase allows you run a single instance of the item. This includes using the theme on more than one host and more than one domain, both are not allowed. Branding removal applies to one theme only and to remove the branding on multiple themes will require multiple purchases of branding removal.
  4. Theme brandings (such as Theme by Skins for Wordpress) must be left intact unless branding removal is purchased. Upon purchase a new footer.php may be requested or the text may be deleted by the user. Theme brandings are not rquired to be used on custom themes. Theme brandings are required to be used on free and resale themes, unless a branding removal fee has been paid.
  5. Moderations to the code and images is permitted as long as the branding is still clearly visible.
  6. No themes are allowed to be redistributed or resold, with or without moderations unless specific permission has been given. Custom skins may be resold once. Licenses to use products are non-transferable.
  7. Exceptions to terms of service can be made with expressed permission from Skins for Wordpress.
  8. We withhold the right to modify these Terms of Service without warning or notification.
  9. Breaching the terms of service may result in your license(s) being revoked without refund. Further action may be taken such as contacting your hosting provider or domain provider.

'We' and 'us' refer to Skins for Wordpress, skinsforwp.com.

By purchasing a theme or downloading a theme you agree to the above terms of service.
